Join us for a great geocaching event at Shelby Farms - the largest urban park in the United States. We have a full day of geocaching fun planned to include vendors, and breakout events as well as a competition whose details will be announced soon. Get your WILL ATTEND submitted so you can be updated on all of the latest news as it unfolds.

Opening Ceremonies

Our keynote speaker will deliver a message to get the show started. I bet you want to know who it will be.

Challenge Academy

This event will be a challenge style competition with something for everyone. This will really get you moving. 

Gadget Academy

Ever wanted to publish one of those great gadgets that rack up the favorite points. Everyone who attends this breakout session will walk away with a fully functional gadget cache of their own creation. This event will be led by none other than Behind the Cache and Bounce Bounce.

Puzzle Academy

Have you ever wanted to solve that puzzle on your map that's staring back and is begging you to come find me?  Join the famous "puzzle boys" to help you tackle that puzzle cache and maybe even inspire you to put out your own for others in your home area!

If you would like to participate in the free ESCAPE CHALLENGE at this CELEBRATION EVENT then you will need to fill out a form.  Unfortunately, for this part of the event, we only have 150 slots so you must fill out the form online to REGISTER and PARTICIPATE.  LINK is available on the event page.  PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO THE CHALLENGE. You do not have to fill out the form if you do not want to attempt the ESCAPE CHALLENGE.

SHELBY FARMS PARK

 

At 4,500 acres, Shelby Farms Park is one of the largest urban parks in the country! Located in Memphis, Tennessee, the Park is both a vibrant community hub and a retreat from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Shelby Farms Park features more than 40 miles of trails, both paved and unpaved, that are popular for walking, biking, running and hiking. The Park's trail network includes Shelby Farms Greenline, an iconic 10.65-mile paved cycling and pedestrian trail that connects the heart of Memphis to the heart of Cordova through Shelby Farms Park.  

The Park is home to more than 20 bodies of water which provide plenty of opportunities for fishing.

It's also home to a herd of buffalo! Learn more about our most iconic residents here!

Kids can play and discover all sorts of fun at the award-winning Woodland Discovery Playground and make a splash at the Water Play Sprayground. 

For more unique adventures, try horseback riding, treetop adventures or play a game of paintball or laser tag.

There is even fun to be had for four-legged friends! Dogs are welcome to explore the Park's trails (on-leash, leash in hand at all times) and to visit The Outback for off-leash fun! 

If you work up an appetite, grab a quick snack in the Lake's Edge Gift Shop, or head to one of the local restaurants located in the Park!
