    Howdy y'all,

My name is Grandma Moses. For you Midwest bumpkins, I'm a southern bell with a northern twist. My grand daddy grew up down in Copenhagen and then immigrated to the US in 1863. He had 22 children one of which was my father Leroy Brown. My father met my mom Rosie while working on the steam boats. They were a pretty crazy couple but madly in love too. My parents were married for 22 years and had 7 of us kids, one of which my daddy took away from us before we were all born.

Now to tell you a little about myself: I was born in Clinton, Michigan but moved to St Louis right after I was born. I grew up on my daddy’s boat and spent most of my early life riding up and down the Mississippi river. I've seen all parts of this country, but the place that holds dearest to me is my sweet old Missouri. I have never believed in the automobile but instead travel by donkey. My faithful companion George has been with me for as long as I have known. Some say that it is impossible for a donkey to live for so long, but then most of those people have never seen George.

I placed these Geocaches because I love St Louis and I always return here when the season is right.  I hope you enjoy them. I planted them with a lot of love and care. If ever you have trouble please don't hesitate to contact me through my geocaching account.

    Yours truly,

    -Grandma Moses

Web Link Tour of the Tombs

The Tour of the Tombs cache series is a special geo art cache set created for MOGA 2015 in Jackson Missouri. Sponsored by Southeast Missouri Geocaching Organization, this was the first Mega Event undertaken by SEMO GEO members. The theme for the event was Unearth the Pharaoh’s Treasure and the Tour of the Tombs continues that theme with a geo art of the Giza Pyramids.

Web Link Wolf Creek Geoart (Eagle)

    Wolf Creek GeoArt

This cache is part of a series in the Wolf Creek area of the Mark Twain National Forest, placed with permission of the NFS.

The area has a Mountain Bike trail.  Where possible you will want to stay on the trail.  Please consider parking at one of the three Parking lots otherwise please be careful parking along the road which is allowed.  There will be other pull off where you can park.  If you park on a woods road that is open please do not block the road or gate completely.

Because of the number of caches we don't expect long logs, but they are always appreciated.  The person or group that put out the individual cache will get the logs or they will have a watch on the cache so we will monitor the condition of the cache.  Please write in the log if anything is wrong with the cache.  If you trade items please tell us.
