SLAGA's neighbors to the west are hosting their 10th annual Kansas City-area picnic on Saturday, August 28th, from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Shawnee Mission Park. For more information, see GC258X3. If you've never been before, it's a great chance to meet some well-known Kansas City cachers, and downtown is a perfect place to see the sights while doing some urban summertime caching!

Activities will include geogames, geocoin and travel bug trading, and prize drawings. Fried chicken will be provided, so please RSVP by logging your "Will Attend" on the cache page, and bring your favorite picnic dish to share. See you all at the picnic!
